Delivery costs

All Melbourne metro deliveries are a flat $25, and $30 outside Melbourne metro.

Delivery dates

All deliveries will be conducted over the 2 days prior to Christmas Fri 22nd & Sat 23rd December 2023 at 9 am – 3 pm on both days.

Please select your delivery date when placing your order.

Delivery times

Because of the number of orders to be fulfilled, we cannot guarantee a delivery time.

However…

Because we understand that our customers are busy during this time, and may have to leave their house for short periods of time during the day, we have come up with the following:

– all products will be delivered in a refrigerated van, and

– all products will be delivered in a cooler bag.

For an approximate delivery time, please call Hadi from “Cold to You” Couriers, on the morning of your delivery on 0434-017-467.

Not home?

Now, if you are not home at the time of delivery, our drivers have been instructed to leave your cooler bag at your front door,

And if you won’t be home for a period of more than 2 hours, we suggest you leave an esky or a large cooler bag with an ice block inside at your front door for our drivers to place your order in.

We hope this will help you keep your order cool on what might be a hot day when your order is delivered.
