Our Delicious & Chicken gyros meat is marinated fresh upon order in a Greek (souvlaki flavour) seasoning ready to place on your spit rod/skewer. Each bag is vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and all the flavours of the marinate are spread equally and infused into every piece. We use only the best chicken leg fillets skin on which are ideal for small or large spits. You can also grill, pan fry or bbq for the same delicious flavours.
